CAN I ORDER AN ITEM OVER THE PHONE?

Yes you can! You can place an order over the phone by calling 503-657-4806. 

A sales associate is available to assist you: Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm Pacfic Time.

Can I pick up my order directly from Extreme Products?

Yes you can! We are open Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm Pacfic Time.

How can I return an item to Extreme Products?

Please email sales@extremeproductspdx.com to initiate an RMA. .

How will I know if my orders shipped and will I get a tracking number?

If you have established an online account with us using a current email address, you will be emailed a tracking number automatically once your order has shipped.

I am new to buying firearms online, what is the process?

Legally, when an individual wants to buy a firearm online, they must have it shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. First, choose a local gun dealer or other FFL holder in your area and get their permission to have a firearm shipped to them from Extreme Products. The gun receiving dealer would then do the background check, etc and transfer the firearm to you in return for a small fee.

IMPORTANT: Its the customer’s responsiblity to check, prior to placing your order, to ensure the product you are ordering meets all local, state and federal laws for your area.

How old do I have to be to purchase ammo from Extreme Products?

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase ammo from us. There can be grey areas regarding what is considered handgun ammo and what is considered long gun ammo. For that reason, Extreme Products errs on the side of caution and will only sell ammo to those 21 years and older.

When placing your order, you will be asked to make a statement of your date of birth and that you are complying with all applicable laws. 

Do you have a lay-a-way plan and/or alternative financing?

We have alternative financing available, made possible through Credova. Credova enables you to purchase the items you want now and pay for them in installments over an agreed-upon time period. If you have a shopping cart subtotal greater than $300 and are ready to purchase, you will be able to choose Credova financing as a payment option during checkout. From there you will be asked to fill out an application so Credova can determine in its discretion if you are eligible for alternative financing.

What form(s) of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.

We would love to be able to accept PayPal and Apple Pay but those companies’ policies do not allow for purchases involving firearms, ammunition and certain firearms accessories.  Because of that we are restricted from offering those two payment options.  Hopefully the policies at those companies will change in the future.

Will my credit card be charged as soon as I place the order or do you wait until my order is shipped?

Your credit card will be charged at the same time you place your order (not when the order ships).  If this is an issue for you, please do not place an order with us and we do apologize.

Is my personal information kept private?

ABSOLUTELY!  All personal information provided to Extreme Products is kept private and is never provided to third parties.

Are there any restrictions on magazines?

Not at the Federal level.  There are some state specific laws restricting the capacity a magazines.  For clarification on the laws of your state, you should contact your state Attorney General’s office or a qualified attorney.

how can i get on your email list?

You can sign up to receive our emails by clicking here. By doing so, you will be the first to know when we receive new items and you will receive offers exclusive to those on our email list.

How do I know if I am complying with my local and state laws?

It is up to each INDIVIDUAL to ensure your purchase will not violate your local or state laws. For best results, consult any applicable local / state ordinances, your state Attorney General’s office or a qualified attorney.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in busines since 2005.

If I am unhappy with my purchase, what can I do?

We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped accurately and the product matches the advertised description.  However, if you are unsatisfied with the product you received, the following policies will apply:

  • No returns will be accepted more than 14 days past the delivered date.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Extreme Products
  • If we shipped you an incorrect item by OUR error, then we will issue a prepaid UPS return-shipping label

NOTE:  Credit card returns are subject to a 3% return fee.  We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise.  If we determine a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Transfer fees charged by your dealer will not be refunded for ANY reason.  These transactions are at the full risk and expense of the consumer.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday by appointment only
